What Our Warranty Covers
The Snapo Limited Lifetime Warranty covers Snapo blocks that experience defects or damage resulting from normal use. If your blocks are damaged or worn out through ordinary play, please contact us. Our team will review your request and work with you to determine the appropriate replacement solution.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Misuse or improper use
- Abuse or excessive force
- Modification or alteration of the product
- Damage caused by circumstances outside normal use
